Zener barrier is useful for powering Intrinsically safe field devices in Hazardous area.
These barriers are specially designed to power field devices such as Intrinsically safe smoke detectors, Intrinsically safe heat detectors, Intrinsically safe strain guages for weighing machines, Intrinsically safe response indicators and Intrinsically safe alarm devices.
Necessary certification permits installation in Zone 1 or 2 gas group IIA, IIB and IIC.
